How to see your stereogram
- Bring your face close to the screen so the picture is blurry.
- Look through the screen, as if at something far behind it. Don't try to focus.
- Move back slowly, keeping that relaxed, far-away gaze. The two dots at the top become three: hold it there.
- Wait a few seconds. The hidden shape slowly appears in depth.

Questions
How does the stereogram generator work?
It draws your message as a depth map (raised letters), then builds a repeating pattern from the texture you pick and shifts each repeat a little wherever the letters are. Your eyes turn those shifts back into depth. Everything happens in your browser.
Is my message private?
The picture is made on your device and nothing is uploaded. If you use Copy link, the message is written into the link itself (lightly encoded, not encrypted), so anyone with the link can reveal it with the Show answer button.
What makes a message easy to see?
Short words in big letters: one to eight characters is ideal, and two short lines at most. Busy textures like Pointillist Park, Gold Leaf or the dot patterns are the easiest to fuse.
Can I print it?
Yes. Download the PNG and print it on photo paper. A4 or Letter size works well; hold it at reading distance and look through it.
